West Platte swept Excelsior Springs 3-0 on Sept. 22. The Bluejays’ junior varsity team won 2-1.

West Platte defeated Cameron 4-2 on Sept. 21, St. Pius X 11-1 on Sept. 23 and East Buchanan 12-1 on Sept. 24.

In the boys junior varsity race, Noah Buller placed seventh in 19:29.5, Declan Mullen finished ninth in 19:38.7, Carson Parrish placed 50th in 20:57.1, and Benjamin Leffall finished 160th in 23:20.6.
