Notice is hereby given that the Platte County Senior Citizens Service Fund, hereinafter referred to as PCSCSF, 12200 N. Ambassador Drive, Suite 206, Kansas City, MO 64163, will receive sealed bid proposals electronically to ccasolari@plattseniors.org, through October 9, 2026 for the provision of the following service in Platte County Missouri:

Specification packets for the provision of this service may be obtained at the PCSCSF website at https://platteseniors.org/grants-opportunities on or after September 14, 2026. Proposals should be prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the specifications packet, with detailed information as requested. Proposals are due no later than October 9, 2026 at 4:00 pm sent electronically to ccasolari@platteseniors.org. Proposals received after the stated deadline will be returned to the respondent. Questions relating to the bid proposal and evaluation can be answered by contacting PCSCSF’s staff at 816-270-2800. Respondents shall be notified of awarded contracts by email. PCSCSF reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals. PCSCSF hereby notifies all respondents that it affirmatively ensures that any and all bidders will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, nationality, origin, disability, or gender in consideration of an awarded contract.
