ROCK-GRAVEL BIDS

The Buchanan County R-IV School District is soliciting bids for plastic barrier / rock / gravel for a new driveway at the Rushville Elementary School located at 8681 State Route HWY 116, Rushville, MO 64484.

The bids must be received at the superintendent’s office at 702 Main Street, DeKalb, Missouri by 12:00 p.m. on July 14, 2026.

Please configure your bids on a per load basis with approximate tons per load indicated. Estimated loads needs by the district are approximately 20-25 loads depending upon tons per load.

Bids should be sealed and clearly marked “Gravel Bid” on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be considered at the regular monthly board meeting on July 14, 2026.
