All of Lots 32, 33, 34, and 35, Block 11, NORTHMOOR, a subdivision in the City of Northmoor, Platte County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof, commonly known as 2030 NW 50th St, Northmoor, MO, 64151

subject to all prior easements, restrictions, reservations, covenants and encumbrances now of record, if any, to satisfy the debt and costs.
