ALL OF LOT 6, BLOCK 3, WALNUT CREEK ACRES NO. FOUR, A SUBDIVISION OF LAND IN PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI.

Together with all improvements thereon known and numbered as 5812 NW Buttonwood Dr., Kansas City, Missouri 64152 for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness, the costs of executing this trust, and the present taxes, if any, due and paid by the holder.
