For default in the payment of debt secured by a deed of trust executed by Verl Steven Mehl, dated September 21, 2020, and recorded on September 24, 2020, Document No. 2020016083, in Book No. 1340, at Page 109 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Platte County, Missouri, the undersigned  Successor  Trustee will on August 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM, at the South Front Door of the Platte County Courthouse, Platte City, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

All of Lot 24, Block 3, BROOKHAVEN, a subdivision of land in Platte County, Missouri, commonly known as 10201 NW Mirror Lake Dr, Kansas City, MO, 64152

subject to all prior easements, restrictions, reservations, covenants and encumbrances now of record, if any, to satisfy the debt and costs.
