The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-Two (22) in Township Fifty-three (53) of Range Thirty-four (34), Platte County, Missouri, also fractional Lot Six (6) being the Southeast fractional Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section Twenty-two (22), Township and Range aforesaid, and Also, 2.13 acres off the East side of Fractional Lot Five (5) of said Section Twenty-Two (22), Township and Range aforesaid, and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South Bank of Platte River, where said Fractional line crosses the same; thence with said line South 13 chains to a stone, 3.50 chains North of the center of said Fractional Lot or Quarter Section line; thence West 1.62 ½ chains to a stone; thence North to Platte River; thence up the river to the beginning.
