A public hearing, before the Planning and Zoning Commission of Platte County, Missouri, will be held on August 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Administration Building, 415 Third Street (Room 211), Platte City, Missouri, to consider applications submitted by MJDJ, LLC to rezone from AG (Agricultural) to PR (Planned Residential) / Bella Ridge West Planned Residential District Plan.  An action will be taken regarding this application.  This action will not be final until the scheduled meeting is adjourned.  The general location of the subject property is the East side of NW Green Hills Road, directly East of 5028 NW Green Hills Road more particularly described as follows:
