AdvertisementA Petition has been filed in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Platte County, Missouri, under the provisions of Section 473.663 RSMo, asking the Court to determine the heirs of the above-named decedent who, according to the petition, died on August 22, 2025. The Petition states that the decedent left personal property having a value of $61,562.00 and that the heirs of the decedent, their relationships to the decedent, and their addresses are as follows:

The Petition for Determination of Heirship has been set for hearing before the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Platte County, Missouri, on December 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Any person claiming an interest in the property of Roger R. TeKolste, deceased, who wishes to be heard concerning the Petition for Determination of Heirship must appear before the Probate Division of Platte County, Missouri, at the date and time set forth above. Should any person claiming an interest in the property of decedent fail to appear, judgment may be entered in due course upon said petition.
