Emerson, dated February 16, 2022, and recorded on February 25, 2022, Document No. 2022002836, in Book No. 1374, at Page 398 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Platte County, Missouri, the undersigned  Successor  Trustee will on August 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM, at the South Front Door of the Platte County Courthouse, Platte City, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

Lot 101, THOUSAND OAKS-THIRD PLAT, a subdivision on Platte County, Missouri, commonly known as 14000 NW 62nd Ct, Parkville, MO, 64152

subject to all prior easements, restrictions, reservations, covenants and encumbrances now of record, if any, to satisfy the debt and costs.
