Axtell a/k/a John Axtell, a single person and Valarie A. Nunes a/k/a Valarie Nunes, a single person, as joint tenants, dated December 28, 2009 and recorded on December 29, 2009 in Book 1151, Page 301, as Document No. 2009018378, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Platte County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on August 6, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 12:30PM, at the Platte County Courthouse, 415 Third St., South Front door, Platte City, MO 64079, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:
UNIT 13B, CERTIFICATION OF SURVEY, LOTS 10, 13, 19 AND 20, ROBINCREST VILLAGE, A SUBDIVISION IN KANSAS CITY, PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI, AS SET FORTH ON THE CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY RECORDED, SEPTEMBER 11, 2006 AND FILED IN PLAT BOOK D AT PAGE 13.
For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
